We all know that coming into a season, whether prepping for the bitter cold or the scalding heat, can take a serious toll on your HVAC unit – which in turn takes a toll on you!

By signing up for our Annual Maintenance Agreement, you allow BR McGinty to lend a helpful hand in making sure that all of your equipment is up to the challenge of the climate while maintaining a manageable cost. The services that we provide within the agreement are all-inclusive (unless noted otherwise) and are sure to cover all of your seasonal needs.

Why contract on a case-by-case basis? Save money by signing up for our agreement and receive two visits per year… All you have to do is schedule the appointments and we’ll do the rest!

For instance, are you looking to prep your home for the winter months?

We will:

  • Check all electrical connections
  • Check amperage
  • Check voltage
  • Check thermostat
  • Check all gas connections
  • Check gas pressure
  • Check heat exchanger
  • Check filter (replacing the filter is a separate cost, due to filter acquisition – dependent on the model of unit/compressor)
  • Check safeties
  • Check refrigerant charge (heat pump only)
  • Lubricate motor
  • Inspect flue
  • Clean burners

Preventative maintenance is actually less costly than not maintaining at all.
