The services included in the agreement are all-inclusive (unless noted otherwise) and cover all of your seasonal needs. Why contract on a case-by-case basis? Sign up once, we'll book the appointments, and you can stop thinking about it.

Every Annual Maintenance Agreement visit is a full, multi-point inspection on your equipment. Here's the checklist for each one.
Winter Tune-Up
Heating-system prep before the cold sets in.
- Check all electrical connections
- Check amperage and voltage
- Check thermostat operation
- Check all gas connections
- Check gas pressure
- Check heat exchanger
- Check filter (replacement billed separately by model)
- Check safeties
- Check refrigerant charge (heat pump only)
- Lubricate motor
- Inspect flue
- Clean burners
Summer Tune-Up
Cooling-system prep before the heat arrives.
- Check all electrical connections
- Check amperage and voltage
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect and clear condensate drain
- Check filter (replacement billed separately by model)
- Check safeties
- Check refrigerant charge
- Lubricate motor
- Clear condenser oil
