I am a retired home inspector (well versed in HVAC) and contacted 5 companies. I didn't tell any of the 5 companies my knowledge. My heating and cooling units are 20 years old and I didn't want to risk them going out at peak season. The sales person was the most knowledgeable of them all, he was no pressure, and very professional. They sell quality systems — American Standard is what I chose. Their price was $1400 less than a Trane dealer. The install crew did a great job and were very knowledgeable and experienced. I would rate them A+. I highly recommend them.

I have used BR McGinty numerous times both for big equipment at my office building and smaller residential work. Good, honest prices for the best in quality, service, and engineering for the job. You can probably buy it cheaper, but for the good work from good people, these are your guys!

Great experience. McGinty repaired my home HVAC unit and I had them put in a brand new system in a rent house. They were quick to take care of my problems and I haven't had any other issues. I shopped around for the new HVAC system in the rental house and McGinty was the cheapest I found. Professional work and good people. I highly recommend them.

From the first time I spoke to you on the phone, I felt like you were knowledgeable about water filtration installation and that I was an important potential customer. When you visited us to look at the job and discuss the cost, we felt like you were concerned for our needs. We were extremely impressed that the Vice President of BR McGinty came to our house. The installation was more difficult than it should have been due to our water line being in a different location and our price didn't change. After the job you stopped by to check our satisfaction and even supplied paint and painted the box outside that covers our pipes. It is truly refreshing to have a local company like this one. We have found our go-to company for all of our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.

Your staff quickly responded to give me an estimate and sent a crew the following morning. Your team arrived the next day and both men were very pleasant and professional. They took care of everything I needed. They definitely knew what they were doing. Then my bill was less than the estimate — a very pleasant surprise! I feel that these men are a definite asset to your business and they reflect well on your company. I will be happy to refer people to your company.

You have some special employees in your organization. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the way I was treated. The promptness and the professional proposal were superior to your competition. The installation also went well — your crew was respectful, accommodating, and cleaned up well after their work. It is not always possible to find a service company that puts their customer first, but I felt that your company employees did just that.

Having used B.R. McGinty for our residential and rental property plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs for the past thirty years, I thought it was past time to express my sincere appreciation. It is rare to find a company that responds to its customers in a timely manner, provides only those services that are truly needed, and prices those services reasonably. It tells me a lot when I call and speak to the same people year after year. I have never thought of using another company, and I have never hesitated to refer friends and family members to B.R. McGinty. You set the standard for everyone else.
