When you come to work for us, you may be eligible to go back to school while we cover the cost. For both plumbing or heating & air school, we will generously recoup the tuition fee per semester as well as provide on-the-job training hours — meaning you can get paid while you learn! As an added benefit, we even offer incremental raises to reward you at the end of each semester. Once you complete your training, you will always have a job waiting for you at BR McGinty!
